  Couldn't be more satisfied with them. Went downstairs to finish my laundry around 10pm, and noticed my basement floor had water all over it. Found my heating system to be leaking water out of the bottom. Alex, the service tech, told me that the system was 20 years old and beyond repair. He shut down the water to stop the leak. Next morning Great White sent 3 guys and installed a new system, and had our heating system running in the afternoon. Very clean, very neat work! Very happy with price, quality and service.

  There's not much else to say. beyond the 5 stars!! After having Dylan and Alex handle my home HVAC system, it was a no brainer to have them come to our warehouse and office for our business. Details of the job aside, GWM (regardless of who you're speaking to) is upfront and gives a full explanation of what they're doing, why they're doing it and suggestions on how to better maintenance and care for our companies HVAC systems. After my boss got the run around and questionable "advice" from a different HVAC company, I made the decision to call GWM and my boss couldn't have been more pleased. The technician (Mike) that came to work on our office was professional, open and just made you feel like "they get it". Whether you need commercial service or residential, just call Great White Mechanical.
